What is the cost of the residential cleaning service?
Our rate is $50 per hour per person for recurring clients. This includes all supplies, equipment, and travel.

Our rate is $55 per hour per person for one off cleans, move in/move out cleans. This includes all supplies, equipment, and travel.

What is the cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home for the cleaning. Most of our clients provide a house key or an access code.
What areas do you service?
We service Victoria and its surrounding areas including, Oak Bay, Cadboro Bay, The Uplands, Rockland, James Bay and more. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, please contact us for confirmation.

Do you provide your own cleaning equipment & supplies?

Yes we provide all of our own equipment, and eco-friendly supplies safe for your pets and children!
